Day 1: Early in the morning, have a pick-up from your hotel and travel to Cairo. Your tour guide will be waiting for you. Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos to start your full-day tour. Then, take a tour of the Valley Temple, where priests mummified King Chephren body. Discover the legendary guardian with the head of a king and the body of a lion, the famous Sphinx, up close.

Then proceed to Sakkara, which is just 16 miles southwest of Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid, which King Zoser had constructed, to learn more about the development of the pyramids. Then proceed to Memphis City, the historic capital of Egypt, where you can see the enormous statue of Ramses II and the magnificent Sphinx made of alabaster. This city was founded in 3100 BC. After that, stop for lunch at a nearby establishment that includes a full meal for each person but not drinks. Transferring you to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay in Cairo will mark the end of the first day.

Day 2: Check out of the hotel by 8 AM, then gather your belongings to be left in the vehicle. Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (GEM) first thing in the morning to see the largest collection of priceless Egyptian art in existence. Admire the unique collection of over 250,000 real artefacts, some of which are 5,000 years old.

After visiting Mohamed Ali Pasha’s Alabaster Mosque in the Citadel, continue on to Khan El Khalili Bazaar. The numerous stores in this area are well-known for trading fine brassware, copper, leather, perfumes, silver, gold, and a wide variety of other goods. Enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant after this (beverages are not included). After day 2, take a transfer back to Hurghada Hotel.
