Day 1: Aswan

Discover Egyptian culture by taking a 5-star Nile cruise. Your Egyptologist tour guide will meet you at the Aswan High Dam to begin the tour. Drive over to where you will board a motor boat to Philae Island. Check in to your cruise after a tour of the island and a visit to the temple. Take photos of both sides of the Nile and learn about the Nubian and Egyptian cultures. While cruising along the beautiful waters, sip your tea on the sun deck. Stop in Komombo to visit the temple before spending the night on the boat.

Day 2: Edfu – Esna – Luxor

After breakfast, sail over to Edfu for a wonderful horse-drawn carriage ride to the Edfu Temple. Return to the boat and sail to Esna through Esna Lock. Glide toward Luxor, where the cruise ship will spend the night.

Day 3: Luxor

Listen carefully as your guide explains the Valley of the Kings’ history. After that, continue on your journey to discover Queen Hatshepsut’s secrets during a visit to her temple. Explore the West Bank and pay a visit to the Howard Carter House, where the famous Englishman who discovered King Tutt’s tomb once lived. Spend some time relaxing on the boat before heading to the world’s largest temple, Karnak Temple. Drive over to Luxor’s small, beautiful temple. Spend the night on the cruise.

Day 4: Luxor – Departure

After breakfast, service in Luxor comes to an end.
